DIAMOND SPECIFICATIONS - EACH RING

• Two natural diamonds
• Approximately 1.00 carat per diamond
• Approximately 2.00 carats total diamond weight per ring
• Approximately 4.00 carats total for both rings
• Premium-quality diamonds carefully selected from the market
• Each diamond will have its own independent GIA certificate
• Exact diamond shape, measurements, color, clarity, cut quality, and price will be presented for client approval
• No diamond will be purchased or set without the client’s approval

PRECIOUS METAL

Final metal selection to be confirmed:

• Solid platinum - recommended for its naturally gray-white color, density, weight, durability, and substantial presence

or

• Solid 18K white gold - brighter, whiter, more reflective, and lighter in weight

Platinum may increase the final price because of its density, weight, and the substantial construction required for the rings.

DESIGN PROCESS

1. The $1,500 design deposit is paid through this private listing.
2. VIDAR appoints its head designer to the project.
3. The designer develops original concepts based on the approved design direction and the Charlemagne ring’s architectural character.
4. At the same time, Roi personally searches the market for suitable pairs of natural GIA-certified diamonds.
5. Diamond options, specifications, GIA certificates, and prices are presented to the client.
6. The client participates fully in selecting and approving every diamond.
7. The selected design is developed into detailed sketches, renderings, and a prototype.
8. The client receives images and video of the proposed design and prototype for review.
9. We make reasonable design refinements based on the client’s feedback.
10. The exact precious metal, diamonds, dimensions, and final price are confirmed in writing.
11. Production begins only after the client approves the final design, diamonds, specifications, and quotation.
12. The two rings proceed through casting, finishing, hand-setting, polishing, and final quality inspection.
13. Final images and video are provided before shipment.
14. The completed rings and their GIA certificates are shipped securely and fully insured.
15. The original physical prototype will be preserved for the clients and included with the completed order, ensuring it is not retained for reproducing the design for another customer.

PRICING FRAMEWORK

• Client’s target budget: Approximately $20,000 per ring
• Estimated total project range: Approximately $40,000 for both rings
• The target budget is a working framework and not yet the final quotation
• Final pricing will depend on the selected diamonds, their individual GIA specifications, the final metal choice, ring weight, and approved construction
• Any additional amount beyond this initial deposit will be confirmed before production begins
• No additional charge will be made without the client’s prior approval

EXCLUSIVITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

The design will be created exclusively for the clients and will not become a standard VIDAR production model.

Before completion, the clients may choose one of the following:

• Private project: VIDAR will not publicly publish the final design, images, videos, or production process.

or

• Portfolio permission: VIDAR may share approved images or videos of the completed project after delivery.

The project will remain private unless the clients provide permission to publish it.

CLIENT APPROVALS

By purchasing this private listing, the client confirms:

• The order is for two identical bespoke rings in US sizes 9.5 and 8.25.
• The intended diamond weight is approximately 2.00 carats per ring.
• The intended configuration is two natural GIA-certified diamonds in each ring.
• The Charlemagne ring is an inspiration and starting point, not the exact final design.
• The final design will be original, modern, sleek, masculine, and understated.
• The $1,500 payment begins the custom design, sourcing, and prototype process.
• Final production will not begin until the design, diamonds, metal, specifications, and final quotation have been approved.
• Final pricing may change according to the approved diamonds, metal, weight, and construction.
