I had contacted the shop wanting to buy a ring that was slightly out of my price range. They contacted me back letting me know that they would love to work with me and find something that worked in my budget. We were able to figure out a solution and then they got to work crafting the ring. There was a bit of delay because the quality of stones they received they were not happy with, and wanted better stones for my ring. Talk about looking out for the customer! They finally were able to receive higher quality stones and send the ring off. I received it before the deadline that I needed it, and I'm so happy with it! My husband loves his ring. It looks perfect on him! Highly recommend for those who have thicker fingers as the ring itself is fairly thick. That was a good thing for us, however we understand it may not be for others! The quality is so good and the materials used are high quality.
