Our custom jewelry is true art produced from beginning to end just for you. Since we make it ourselves, we can create anything you desire from the simple to the ornate, from the budget-friendly to sheer luxury!


Our specialty is colored stone Engagement Rings and Wedding Ring Sets, although we can create anything else imaginable too!

Product not in stock/custom metal and ring size according to customer requirements: We ship customer orders within 2 – 3 business days upon completion of the jewelry piece which takes about 3 weeks to custom design and finish.

We ship via FedEx Priority, fully insured.
A tracking number is provided for the customer’s convenience.

Any duties and taxes incurred by the customs of your country will be your responsibility.

If you have a specific date by which you need your jewelry to be received, we will make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time. However, we advise against committing to any financial obligations or deadlines until you have received your order.

We cannot be held responsible for any financial losses or missed deadlines resulting from circumstances beyond our control that cause your order to arrive after your specified date.

Your order will be shipped to either the address on your Paypal receipt if you paid by Paypal, or to the billing address on your credit card if you paid directly.

Return Policy

We accept returns for refund or exchange within 14 days of shipment.

Free shipping is available if you open a dispute within 3 days of examining the received jewelry, after this period of time – a shipping fee will be charged.

The jewelry must be unused and returned with the original ticket included in the box.

In this case, we will send you a fully insured, free shipping label via email.

Damaged Jewelry

Each piece of jewelry undergoes strict quality assurance to ensure that every item leaving our shop is flawless.

If you receive damaged jewelry, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product and ship it back to us within 14 days, including all product documentation.

Once it arrives at our store, we will examine the jewelry. If damage is confirmed, no shipping fee will be charged, and you can choose between receiving a new jewelry or a full refund.

Product Exchange/Refund

To expedite an exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

Please note that to qualify for a return, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your item. The item must be in its original purchased condition, including all product documentation, and must be shipped back to us within 14 days.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at +972 54-925-4462‎. Please allow three weeks for your refund to be processed

Non-Refundable Items

Vidar Jewelry is an online shop that creates made-to-order pieces.

Each jewelry is meticulously handcrafted for our clients, ensuring a unique and personalized experience.

As a result, certain items are non-refundable:

Returns with missing paperwork or products will not be processed. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Non-Resizable Items

Diamond and gemstone eternity rings or bands are crafted with a specific number of gemstones per finger size.

Therefore, they cannot be resized due to the potential impact on the gems along the band.

If you need to resize your eternity wedding band, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist with minimal fees.

Please ensure that you order the correct size.


If you’re uncertain about your ring size, we’re happy to provide a free ring sizer, or simply contact us for assistance.

Note: For Emerald Rings – resizing will be examined on a case-by-case basis to ensure that the ring and gems are not damaged.

How To Prepare A Return Or Exchange?

To return a jewelry item to Vidar Jewelry, please follow the process below: 

  1. Please contact us with full order details and a picture of the item with its label.

If returning within 14 days, a free shipping label will be emailed to you once you have initiated your return.

If returning outside of the 14-day period (for resizing, cleaning, or repairs), a shipping fee will be charged.

  1. Print the label sent to you and follow the instructions written on the label to schedule your pick-up.

Once you receive our email with the attached waybill, please print it and attach it to your package before scheduling the pick-up.

If you don’t have the original box, please request a DHL envelope from the pickup delivery person.

  1. Package your item(s) securely in the original packing materials.

If your return is for refund or exchange, please include any diamond grading reports or appraisal(s).

Diamond grading reports and appraisals are not required for repairs and resizes.

If your item was delivered with a diamond report and that report is not returned, you will be liable for the cost of replacing the grading report.

The cost to replace a missing diamond grading report is $200 and is the direct fee paid GIA to re-grade that diamond.

After Your Return Is Received

Returns are processed on weekdays and typically entered into our system within 24 business hours of receipt.

Please allow five to 15 business days for this process to complete. 

If you are expecting a refund

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase – processing time from the receipt of the item – 3 weeks.

If you are expecting a return shipment, you will receive an email once the outbound shipment date has been set. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email on the day of the outbound shipment. 

Cancel Or Change an Order

If you would like to change or cancel an order, please call Vidar Jewelry Customer Service at +972 54-925-4462‎ within 3 days maximum after the order has been placed.

If the order is canceled after the 3 days but before shipping, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.

We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation.

Some changes will result in a shipping delay.

We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped.

If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.

WARRANTY

We provide a Lifetime Warranty on our Jewelry.

There is no warranty for center stones. If you want your center stone and piece covered against loss, damage, theft, etc, you can insure your piece through your Homeowner’s Insurance Policy, or purchase a Jewelry Insurance Policy.

If you have your own center stone set by a different jeweler, the warranty is automatically voided as we cannot guarantee our product after it has been modified in any way by another jeweler.

If you have another jeweler work on the piece in any way (including sizing and cleaning) you void the warranty. We cannot be responsible for any damage done or problems resulting in the ring by another jeweler.

However, if another jeweler damages your piece, and you would like our help with the repair, we are happy to do this for a nominal charge. Warranties apply only to the original buyer of the piece(s).

Black Gold Care

Black gold undergoes a rhodium plating process to achieve its distinctive black appearance, enhancing the beauty of your white diamonds and adding allure to your ring.

While stunning, black gold requires special care. Avoid excessive hand washing and exposure to acids or chemicals to maintain its pristine condition.

Please Note: the warranty does not extend to cover black gold plating. However, we provide a Repolishing service for $180, which includes complimentary shipping.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Because each of our pieces is made just for you when you order them, the carat weight, number of accent stones, size, and metal weight may vary depending on your ring size, the gems used, etc.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our artwork, each piece may have subtle differences. We make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible.

We shall not be responsible for any typographical errors, misinformation, or misprints and shall be held harmless. Unless otherwise stated, we generally use diamonds that are on average G-H, SI1-2.

Other grades of diamonds including certified diamonds are available for varying costs upon request.

Because all items are made either completely or mostly from scratch, there is always some “character” to the jewelry.

This personal touch guarantees that each piece is as unique and individual as its wearer. Computer sketches are available for those who want as close to perfection as possible. If upon receipt of your jewelry, you have questions about any of these handmade characteristics, don’t hesitate to ask. We will continue to work with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your beautiful work of art.

All gemstones that we use are natural stones unless otherwise stated. Some gemstones may have various stated or unstated treatments.

All photography is done in such a manner as to capture the true colors and details as closely as possible.

Colors and details may vary depending on your computer monitor and the gems picked for your individual jewelry.

FAQ

Individual items may be returned for refund, resize, and some repairs. 

Please contact us for more information and we will guide you through the process.

Special orders and final sale items cannot be returned.

Any ring with personal engraving may be returned, exchanged, or resized where possible, except for special orders.

Returning an engraved ring incurs a $25 charge for repolishing the engraving.

Resizing an engraved ring incurs a $25 charge for re-engraving the ring.

If the ring or band was sent to you in the wrong size, please contact us within the 3-day examination period.

We will provide instructions for returning the ring, and there will be no shipping or repair costs incurred.

However, if the size was as ordered but still needs to be resized, there will be a $50 charge for basic standard resizing, and a shipping fee will be applied.

Once a returned item passes our quality inspection and is fully processed for refund, it typically takes 3 weeks for your credit card company to refund your account.

You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary.

Our commitment to you extends beyond delivery.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date they were shipped, free-of-charge and without any questions asked – Provided that you declare your intention to return the ring within 3 days of receiving it (the “examination period”).
