They contacted me back letting me know that they would love to work with me and find something that worked in my budget. We were able to figure out a solution and then they got to work crafting the ring. There was a bit of delay because the quality of stones they received they were not happy with, and wanted better stones for my ring. Talk about looking out for the customer! They finally were able to receive higher quality stones and send the ring off. I received it before the deadline that I needed it, and I'm so happy with it!
